  • You pay half to start, half when you're happy. Never the full amount up front.
  • You see it before it goes live. The balance isn't due until you've looked at the finished site and approved it.
  • Two rounds of changes are included. And anything we got wrong — a typo, a broken link, a layout off on phones — is never counted as a round. That's just us finishing.
  • Thirty days of free fixes after launch. If something we built stops working, we fix it. No charge.
  • You own it outright. The design, the code, the text — yours permanently once it's paid for. Take it anywhere you like.
  • Hosting is $30 a month, from launch. The site plan covers hosting, security and backups. Rather host it yourself? We hand it over in your name. Cancel any time.

What do you need from me to get started?
A short form covering what you do, who you serve, and what you want the site to accomplish. That's it — you don't need copy written, images picked, or a design in mind before you come to us.
How fast will I see my site?
You'll usually have a real site to look at within 48 hours of sending us your material — never more than 4 days. Not a mockup: the actual site, on a link you can open on your phone.

After that it moves at your pace. Most changes are done the same day, and it goes live on your own web address as soon as you're happy with it. The only part we can't speed up is you sending your details and photos, which is why we keep that to about fifteen minutes.
What if I don't like the first version?
You get a live preview link before anything goes public. Two rounds of changes are included — send everything you want changed in one message and it counts as one round. Most people are happy after the first. If you need more, each extra round is $150, and we tell you before it happens.
Are there any costs beyond the price I'm quoted?
No. Your quote lists every line — pages, any extras you keep, and your plan — and that total is what you pay, plus Texas sales tax where it applies. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices. After launch, the only monthly cost is the plan you chose: the $30/mo site plan, or the $199/mo Care Plan.
What if my project needs something bigger?
Then we quote it per project. Pages and extras cover what most small businesses actually need — but online stores, live booking calendars and anything unusual get priced on their own. You still get one fixed number before work starts. We don't run an hourly meter on any job, because hourly projects routinely finish 20–40% over what was quoted.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. We connect your existing domain when we take the site live. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through getting it.
Do I have to pay for hosting separately?
Hosting comes with a plan. The site plan covers hosting, security and backups for $30 a month from launch. The Care Plan includes hosting too. Prefer no plan? We hand the site over to hosting in your own name, and it's yours either way.
What if I need changes months after launch?
The Care Plan covers every small change you ask for — text, photos, prices, hours — usually done the next business day, plus hosting and priority support. Without a plan, one-off changes are $150 per request, with everything in one message counting as one.
