CXSites is a web design business with a growing team. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is short because we do not collect much.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form on our homepage:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name, if you enter one
- Which package you are interested in
- Whatever you write in the message box
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. We do not buy or sell contact data.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. That is the only reason. We will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list from this form.
Who else sees it
Inside CXSites, only the people working on your enquiry or your website see your details, and they keep them confidential.
Your submission also passes through a small number of services we use to run the business:

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share your details with them only so they can perform the function above — never for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together plus any period our accountant or the law requires. If you do not, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email contact@cxsites.com and we will, without charge:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it
- Send you a copy
We aim to reply within a few days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
If we contact you first
We sometimes email businesses we think we can help. Every such email says who we are, why we are writing, and how to stop hearing from us. Reply with "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" and we remove you permanently — no reply needed beyond that word.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We do not take payment details through this website, and we will never ask for passwords or card numbers by email.
Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. We do not keep a change log for a page this short.

It is written to be accurate rather than to satisfy any particular jurisdiction — have a lawyer review it before relying on it for compliance.
